The original CAMEO action stays intact. Blackdeck attaches independently evidenced event types, mechanisms and exposed assets. Several labels can coexist; a missing link stays missing.

Named classes of logistics services, commodities or inputs supported by a rule.

Important correction: CAMEO 163 is economic embargo / sanctions. CAMEO 172 is administrative sanctions; 173 is arrest / detention. Blackdeck no longer treats the whole 17 category as economic sanctions.

A URL phrase is a weak context clue, not verified article content. Phrase matching uses complete words, so “airport” or “deportation” cannot silently match “port”.

Evidence levels

Coded action: An action in a machine-coded GDELT record. This is source data, not our verification of the underlying incident.
Candidate pathway: A permitted action/mechanism and a matched asset clue. The direction is conditional. No measured physical damage is implied.
Measured consequence: Requires independently sourced units and dates: barrels/day, tonnes, transit days, lost output or a defined price-study window. Not currently established by this pipeline.
